Breakout Sessions- You will be asked to select two sessions in the registration process.

Soul Training: Strengthened by the Word—Kathleen Kisner—One of the first things we learn as Christians is to regularly read the Bible. Yet sometimes it’s hard to get the most out of this spiritual practice. Learn practical ways to read scripture and open-up to the transforming power of God.

Holy Yoga (AM Only)—Leslie Pennell—Holy Yoga was developed to strengthen the mind, body and spirit, while consciously seeking a deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Discover this for yourself. No yoga experience required.

Pilates (PM Only)—Colby Chapman—Learn how a few simple changes you can do in your home will make a big difference in how you look and feel.  No Pilates experience required.

Saying Yes to God’s Healing Touch—Judy Bowers—As a University of Cincinnati nursing school instructor, Judy felt God was calling her to learn Healing Touch, an energy therapy that promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. She’ll share the remarkable – even miraculous – experiences surgeons, patients and many others have had since she said yes to God’s calling.

You Gotta Friend?—Jill Croswell—What is a healthy relationship, how does God use friendships to strengthen us and what can you do to develop  more healthy relationships.

The Best Yes for Moms (AM Only)-—Melanie Stearns—Based on the themes in Lysa Terkeurst’s bestselling book, “The Best Yes,” Melanie will share how making the right choices can help busy moms be better parents and have more fun.

Step Out Bravely—Mary Geisen—Together, we will learn that brave faith is for all of us no matter what stage of life, calling or how God has wired us. Learn to step out bravely, knowing you are not alone.
