Passage: Romans 12:15-18

Speaker: David Brown

Loneliness is a common human experience that can have negative effects on mental and physical health….from Our Epidemic of Loneliness and Isolation: The U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory on the Healing Effects of Social Connection and Community– Vivek H. Murthy, M.D., M.B.A. 21st Surgeon General of the United States Vice Admiral, United States Public Health Service

Today, the congregation gathers together to partake in a sacred time of worship and prayer, humbly offering their gratitude to the Almighty. As they lift their voices in reverent praise, they are guided by the esteemed leadership of Rev. David Brown, Lead Pastor, who will share an impactful message centered on the theme of No Longer Feeling Alone.

"Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble."

1 Peter 3:8:

The service will be accentuated by the beautiful, uplifting sounds of music, as the congregation is led in song by the talented Stacy Haney on the organ and piano. Adding to the musical celebration, Armstrong Chancel Choir directed by Ben Basone, who will grace the sanctuary with their soulful tones. Together, the faithful will lift their hearts in timeless hymns of worship, including the beloved United Methodist hymns My Faith Looks Up to Thee, Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus, and Where He Leads MeAmidst this sacred symphony, the children of the congregation will also have their moment to shine, as the Children's Sunday School Program presents a special Children's Moment exploring the depths of faith. Undergirding the service is the steadfast devotion of liturgist, Jay DeWitt, who will lead the congregation in the Call to Worship and guide them through the appointed scripture passages. This multi-faceted celebration of praise and reverence will undoubtedly fill the hearts of all in attendance with a profound sense of gratitude and connection to the divine.

"Not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."
